Independence Day was joyously celebrated at the Safe Wheels parking area in collaboration with the Mysuru Travels Association, SKAL International Mysuru and other associations.
Subedar Sri Y.M. Krishna Kumar, an ex-serviceman with 30 years of military service, had the honour of hoisting the national flag. During the event, he recounted his spine-tingling experiences from his military service, sharing insights into moments when his team was tasked with transporting groceries and deceased bodies as the need arose. He emphasised the importance of physical fitness and expressed his unwavering readiness to serve the nation whenever required. Mr. Krishna Kumar proudly declared that his existence was solely dedicated to the service of the country and pledged his willingness to be at the nation’s service.
Mr. Krishna Kumar was honoured on behalf of the Safe Wheels Group, Mysore Travels Association, SKAL International Mysuru and various other organisations and associations. Team Safe Wheels Group was present to commemorate the occasion.
